If you wish to leave late please contact us, we cannot guarantee a late departure and recommend booking an extra night.

We recommend you book the night before to ensure your room apartment is ready on your day of arrival.

We do not have the facilities to store luggage, however Paddington Station has a luggage storage facility and is located 5 minutes away by taxi.

Pets are not permitted in the hotel. We do however allow certified assistance dogs.

The Carlton Kensington operates a No Smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or public areas. Please note our smoking fines are in addition to your security deposit and the costs start from £300.00.

The Carlton Kensington is located within strolling distance from 3 zone 1 London Underground stations: Notting hill Gate (Central Line, Circle Line, District Line), Queensway(Central Line) and Bayswater (District Line, Circle Line).

Your total bill is due at the time of booking. Please ensure you have sufficient funds.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. When booking the apartment you will need your credit card to confirm you reservation. Please note if you book a non-refundable booking your card will be charged at the time of booking; we require to see the card on check-in along with identification.
